The 'return policy' is misleading because buying something with a team logo, even without a name, is treated as customized and you can't send it back. Who's going to buy a blank sweatshirt or tee from this place? They should put a big disclaimer on the order form that returns aren't allowed.
Team gear is pricey and my order got lost in shipping. Customer service didn't help at all, just repeated what the USPS tracking showed, which was basically nothing useful. I ordered in mid-December with a delivery window before my daughter's team's first home game, but she was the only one without gear for the team photo.
Really rough experience. The item wouldn't ship for way longer than I needed it. When I called customer service to cancel, they refused to do it.
They claim to be open until 5pm CST but I called at 4pm CST and got an after-hours message. I had to call because my son's basketball team requires the BSN Recruit Pants. My son wears a 34 inseam but would need to order a 4XL with a 52-54 waist just to get a 33.5 inseam. There's just no way that would fit anyone who's a normal size. Their sizing is completely off and their customer service reps aren't helpful.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company. Don't order from them for your sports team uniforms. They charge premium prices for stuff you won't get until way after the season wraps up. I ordered in August and my son's uniform still hasn't come. The season's already finished. At this point it feels like a scam. Out of the two people on our team who did get their items, both had random names printed on them when they weren't supposed to have any names at all.
Their website is confusing and misleading. I tried to order an embroidered item but got a screenprinted version instead. When I contacted customer service, they basically dismissed me and said it was my mistake for not understanding their contradictory information correctly. Not a good company or team to deal with.
Hands down the worst experience I've had with a vendor. Our soccer team decided to go with them for uniforms this year. We ordered on July 1st, and most of the team finally got theirs last week even though the season was already underway. My son still hasn't received his. I've reached out to them repeatedly and nobody can tell me anything about when his order will arrive. I've never worked with a business that takes your money for over two months and then gives you zero updates on where things stand. We did get my daughter's order so I can see the quality, and it's awful. The jerseys are super thin and see-through for over forty dollars each. I can't stress enough how much you should avoid them for team uniforms.
I ordered a couple shirts from my school's team shop and ended up not needing the short sleeve option. I submitted my cancellation on the last day the shop was open. One representative accepted my change and even asked for the product code even though I'd already provided my order number and a description. Then another person came back saying I missed the deadline based on an email timestamp they claim to have, which was probably the one I sent after they asked for the product code. That email came after the shop closed but before production started. My browser history shows I submitted my cancellation before the shop closed, so I know I was in time. This person keeps ignoring my first contact and insisting I didn't make the deadline. It's really frustrating, especially since I've been a customer through my school for years. I won't be ordering again after this.
Awful customer service. I've sent multiple emails and keep getting bounced around to different departments. I still haven't gotten a single response after sending several messages.
