Bought the 14 inch non-stick wok and it's been a huge disappointment. The coating peels right off and the thing weighs a ton. Once the peeling started, I basically can't use it anymore because I don't want the coating ending up in my food. This product is basically unusable. Worst purchase I've made in a long time.

Got these baking pans as a Christmas present. A couple had small dents which was annoying, but the real problem showed up pretty quickly. After using the big pan about 10 times, the non-stick coating started coming off in chunks. The baking results are really even and nice, but at this price point I can't justify dealing with a coating that falls apart after just a few months of use. Can't recommend them based on quality and durability.

Had to push pretty hard to get them to take back my defective item, but they eventually came through and processed a return without too much hassle. That said, the stainless steel kabob skewer I ordered is really disappointing - it's flimsy, bends too easily, and won't stay flat on the counter, which is nothing like their aluminum baking sheets that hold up great. My experience with all the other aluminum pans in that order was excellent. Glad they fixed the situation in the end.
