The customer service here is awful, or maybe non-existent is more accurate. We've been trying to reach out through email and their chat for a week now with nothing. Our order is still stuck in processing and we haven't gotten a single response. Definitely avoid this company if you have other options.

Be careful with orders here. I made a mistake with mine and realized it immediately. Tried contacting them through chat and email multiple times but they ignored everything and shipped it out four days later anyway. Their policy says I can't return customized items. I really tried to stop the shipment from going out and nothing worked. Then I asked for a manager and still haven't heard back after a week. The order was almost five hundred bucks and I have zero support from this company. If you have any issues with your order, they don't have the staff or the support to help you.

Great experience ordering from them. They got my order correct and it showed up at my door within a week. Really impressed with how smoothly the whole thing went. Not sure why people trash this place so much online, but I thought they were fantastic and will definitely shop with them again.

Just wanted to say I had an amazing experience with them. Had a really bad time with my return. Sent the item back on my own dime, and after two weeks passed their system showed delivery but no refund appeared. I ended up having to send multiple emails just to get them to acknowledge they got it. When I finally received the refund, I complained that it shouldn't be on me to keep bugging them about it. They basically ignored my feedback. Pretty frustrating dealing with this company.

Their return policy is basically fraud. They sent me the wrong product and to get a refund I'm supposed to get approval first before sending it back. I've sent probably twenty emails asking for a refund and they never respond. It really feels like they're deliberately sending wrong items so they don't have to deal with returns.

This is honestly the worst online soccer retailer I've dealt with. When I shop at their physical location in Jacksonville, everything is perfect. Staff is friendly and the products are great. But their website? Complete disaster. The way they handle orders online is terrible, and when you try to get help about it, customer service is just as bad. If you have a store near you in that area, you might be okay. Otherwise skip this and go with Soccer.com instead.

This company is a mess and honestly pretty shady. I ordered cleats for my son and waited ten days without any shipping notification. When I reached out to ask what was going on, they took another three days to tell me they didn't have his size in stock. They actually offered me a size down instead! I was furious and all I got was basically a sorry from them. This isn't the first time they've done this to me, and it's definitely the last. Had to pay full price somewhere else because I missed their sale window. Don't waste your time with them.
