They charged me for an order that was never shipped and I can't get anyone to respond about it. Zero customer service at all.
Be careful with orders here. I made a mistake with mine and realized it immediately. Tried contacting them through chat and email multiple times but they ignored everything and shipped it out four days later anyway. Their policy says I can't return customized items. I really tried to stop the shipment from going out and nothing worked. Then I asked for a manager and still haven't heard back after a week. The order was almost five hundred bucks and I have zero support from this company. If you have any issues with your order, they don't have the staff or the support to help you.

This company is a mess and honestly pretty shady. I ordered cleats for my son and waited ten days without any shipping notification. When I reached out to ask what was going on, they took another three days to tell me they didn't have his size in stock. They actually offered me a size down instead! I was furious and all I got was basically a sorry from them. This isn't the first time they've done this to me, and it's definitely the last.
