Sorted by: Most recent2(X)IST Customer Service Doesn't Exist. The 2XIST website provides three contact options for customer service - two through text and email, plus a phone line. I went with text to ask my question. My message had all the details I could think of, plus attachments straight from their website. I needed them to write back. There was a mismatch between how the product was described and what showed in the actual picture. On top of that, when I put it in my cart, the style number switched. Everything relevant was in my initial message. I needed these things cleared up before I'd actually buy. Given 2(X)IST's return rules (can't return opened packages), I wasn't going to order anything until they got back to me. Their reply on October 6th said: 'Thank you for contacting 2(X)IST. Please provide the order number of this item so that we can look further into this matter for you.' That had nothing to do with what I asked. So I sent another text with more info to explain my straightforward question better. On October 9th, here's what they wrote back: 'Thank you for contacting 2(X)IST. Please provide the order number of this item so that we can look further into this matter for you.' A few days went by
The online customer service at 2xist is pretty rough. They talk about wanting to build a place where guys feel comfortable shopping, but that's not what's happening. They'll grab your payment quick enough, but actually getting your order processed and getting decent updates about it? That's where they fall short. My order sat at the starting point for over five days waiting for USPS to pick it up. I asked about it and they just sent me the same tracking link I'd already looked at. Orders shouldn't take more than five days to get moving, and when you reach out with a specific problem, customer service should actually address your issue instead of sending a generic canned response. Save yourself the headache and go with a different brand instead of ordering from 2xist.com.
I ordered a 3 pack of briefs in size 34, but when they got here one was a 36 and two were 34s. The packaging said size M 31-33.
Ordering from outside the US was a pain. I placed an order with shipping to Canada and paid the shipping fee. Two weeks pass and the package still hasn't shown up, so I track it through DHL and find out customs has it on hold. I contact 2xist support and they basically tell me it's my job to get it released and pay the customs fees. This information should've been given to me when I first ordered, or at the very least after it got stuck in customs for that long. If I hadn't followed up myself, they would've just left it there. In the end, getting it released cost almost as much as the items I ordered. DHL told me that shipping companies normally cover duty payments, and a business really ought to know better about this than a regular customer. The products themselves are solid, but their policies and customer support need serious work.
The variety and quality are pretty good. I've got maybe a couple pairs of their underwear in my rotation, but honestly I have plenty of other options to wear.
Really pleased with what I ordered. The jockstrap fit just right and does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Their basic cotton t-shirts get worse every single year. The cotton is way too thin now. Plus, these shirts leave so much lint in my dryer that it clogs it up constantly, even weeks after I first wash them. I got a recent shipment and after washing, I'm finding lint stuck to my skin when I wear them. 2xist made really quality t-shirts back five years ago, but now they're just cheap and don't hold their shape anymore. I'm going to have to find a different brand. This company doesn't deserve to stay in business.
I'm totally into 2xist! Their underwear line is great and their loungewear and activewear are fantastic too. The quality is really solid and I love how they design everything. Yes, it's pricey for my nonprofit job income, but they run some seriously good sales that help out. I keep trying to get the people around me to love this brand as much as I do!
The underwear is gorgeous and the fabric feels amazing. The fit is snug and it holds up really well. It just looks and feels fantastic.
