Stay away from this place. Never got the thing I ordered. When I tried to get a refund, they made it as difficult as possible by ignoring my messages and challenging my complaint multiple times. This is a complete scam operation.

Everything about my purchase went wrong. I paid seventy dollars for a juventus uniform but received a cheap knockoff goalie shirt worth way less and completely different from what I ordered. Turns out they shipped my package to another person who happens to have the same first name as me in another state entirely! The person who picked and packed these items clearly shouldn't have that job because it shows a serious lack of care and skill that they messed up every single part of my order. Now I'm stuck dealing with a lengthy return procedure, and I will absolutely never purchase from here again. I'd warn anyone else to shop somewhere else.

Watch out for the shipping costs here. I bought cleats for fifty-nine dollars and paid twelve dollars to ship them since my kids really wanted them. Unfortunately the size didn't fit right, so I went to swap them for another size and they charged me an extra nine dollars. Then if I wanted to purchase something new, I'd be looking at another twelve dollar shipping fee. That means I spent thirty-three dollars just on shipping for a fifty-nine dollar pair of cleats. Won't be shopping here again.

Delivery came quick and the product itself was fine, but I had to return it. The whole return experience was terrible. The return link isn't easy to find on their site, and once you locate it, you have to wait for approval. After that's granted, I received a return number without an address. Then they sent two additional emails asking for pictures of the item even though they already had my order info and knew what I was sending back. Honestly, look elsewhere if you need a company with an actual modern return system.
