Picked up a Wush ear cleaner a few months back and it was fine initially. After a few months it quit working after just five seconds even though the battery was fully charged. I emailed their support team twice and got nothing back. Seems like they push their products and then ghost customers. Would not suggest this company or anything they sell.

The skincare line is fantastic, but the sonic scrubber's handle cracked open after half a year of regular use. It's no longer under warranty and replacement parts aren't sold separately. I asked if they'd improved the design to prevent this, and their offer was fifteen dollars off a new one. That's not practical when you need to replace it every six months. It had great potential but fell short.

Bought a wush triple jet stream powered ear cleaner as a gift in the fall. Now it's March and just discovered it's broken. The lights work and it charges fine, the pump runs but no water sprays from the nozzle. Steer clear of this one.

Started using Black Wolf products back in May 2024 and I'm really impressed with everything so far. Their body washes, scrubs, eye treatments, acne solutions, and shampoos all work great for me and my friends who've tried them too. Love it. The only downside I ran into was the shampoo and conditioner bottles leaked during a trip, so I'm giving it four stars instead of five.

I grabbed the WUSH after seeing it advertised on television. I was really excited to use it, but I have to say I'm hugely let down. I figured maybe I was doing it wrong, so I had my husband and my son try it too. They felt the same disappointment that I did. I spent 70 bucks on this thing and it's nowhere near worth that much.

Really satisfied with my BlackWolf Wush Ear Cleaner so far. I've got narrow ear canals and this should help me spend a lot less money down the road. Normally I get my ears cleaned professionally every six months, but with this device I'm hoping to cut that down to once yearly. Planning to use it between professional cleanings at my ENT. Tried it out today for the first time and it was really comfortable, plus it cleared out my ears pretty well using just the lowest setting. Followed the directions carefully and it worked nicely. There are definitely mixed opinions about this product online, but just do your homework on what it's for and when you shouldn't use it, like if you have an ear infection or perforated eardrums, and you should be good.

I bought a BlackWolf wush in December 2023 and used it once. It caused me to get ear injuries and I ended up needing to go to the hospital. I let the company know about it. They were nice at first but vanished once I sent the product back. I'd honestly caution against buying from BlackWolf.

Got the Wush pro ear cleaner and it stopped working after 5 months. Reached out to the company and they basically said tough luck because it's outside the 90 day warranty period. They offered me a pathetic 20% off coupon instead. Why would anyone want to give more money to a company that makes such poor quality stuff? The 90 day warranty alone tells you they know their product is garbage. Don't waste your money.
