Sorted by: Most recentBought 2 pairs of pants as a birthday gift for my son. Got email confirmation, shipping confirmation, and even a delivery notification from Canada Post saying it arrived. Except it never actually showed up. Reached out to Boathouse and they said I had to wait a certain number of days before they'd contact the courier, and then another 15 business days after a claim gets filed with Canada Post. Once that period passed, Canada Post rejected the claim because I didn't respond to their email. Here's the problem though, I never got any email from Canada Post, no phone call, nothing. How was I supposed to respond? So no pants, no money back, and my son didn't get what he really wanted for his birthday. Still waiting on this to get resolved. This is the third time Boathouse has messed up an order for me.
Worst meal I've ever eaten. The bathrooms were gross with no toilet paper or hand soap anywhere. Outside areas had weeds growing everywhere and cobwebs all over. The chips were overcooked to the point you couldn't even pick them up with a fork. Something as easy as loaded fries and they messed it up completely. Both the kitchen staff and cleaning crew need to be let go. Not worth your money.
Only order from them if you're absolutely certain you won't want to return anything. Bought my daughter something for Christmas but ended up needing to return it. The free return label was super easy to print and I got everything packaged and sent it back on December 26th. Their tracking shows they got the return and signed for it on January 6th. Now it's January 25th and I still don't see the refund hit my credit card. Emailed the customer service address on their website and never got a response. This is the kind of support they give and I can't support them anymore. Really disappointed with how they handle things.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I've been a loyal customer for years and even though orders usually take longer to arrive, I'm normally fine with that since I plan ahead. But I placed an order on November 30th and it still hasn't shipped. I've reached out multiple times and gotten nothing. They took my payment but the stuff hasn't gone out almost a month later. I won't be ordering from them again. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
Customer service here is absolutely terrible. After I gave their online rep negative feedback on their survey, they completely ignored every single email I sent. My package sat for over 2 weeks without being shipped even though I asked to cancel it countless times. They just wouldn't respond to anything. When I finally got them on the phone twice, they made excuses about why they couldn't process the cancellation. My family works in shipping and they told me Boathouse clearly lost the package and I should get my money back. Looking at other reviews, it's clear this company is super disorganized. The fact that they ignore customers and hold onto their money is honestly disgusting. They operate like a scam. Oh and I ordered the exact same pants before and those never shipped either. When I asked about them, they said they were coming. Turns out they were out of stock the whole time and I only found out after the fact via email. This company needs to get it together. Don't waste your money here.
Ordered online and they put two completely different shoe sizes in the box. They told me to take it to a store for a refund and reorder the correct size. When I got there, they wouldn't match the online price I had paid. So I got a refund and tried ordering again but customer service said the discount code had expired and I'd have to order first, then they'd credit me the difference later. After 5 days the new order still hadn't shipped. I canceled it and it's been a week with no refund showing up yet.
Went to the Kingston location and the manager there ordered pants for me that cost $90.40. She charged my card $360. She claimed my card didn't work the first time and tried it again. Then she ran the transaction 4 more times without asking me first. This manager basically stole hundreds of dollars from my account. When I brought it up, she told me it was my responsibility to fix it even though she's the one who put through all those charges. I'm now waiting weeks to get my money back. This store and that manager are taking money from customers. Seriously, don't shop here. I'm reporting this to the authorities.
Had a question about one of the two items in my order so I sent an email. Got a response really quickly and Jennifer M helped me out. She was so helpful and nice, and explained everything in a way I could understand. She made me feel better about my concern and said she'd keep me updated when my other item gets here. Jennifer did a fantastic job being patient and walking me through it all. Really grateful for her help.
Do NOT order from Boathouse online. I ordered a bracelet and the shipping company lost it. Never showed up at my place. Now they're saying it's not their problem and not the courier's either. So I'm out money and out a bracelet with zero refund or replacement offered. And this was my first purchase with them. Will never be back.
