They cancelled my order out of nowhere. I used their app to buy some socks and they shut it down saying it was fraudulent activity. The only thing I can think of is that I used the discount code they sent me in an email and they probably didn't want to honor it for Nike socks. I've made over 1000 purchases through their app for all kinds of clothing and shoes but they decided to drop me as a customer because of $300 worth of orders. They gave zero explanation. This is the worst store around.
Returning stuff here is way too complicated and customer service is poor. I bought boots back in November and somehow a shacket also got added to my order, probably my mistake but still weird I didn't catch it in my cart. Didn't realize I was charged for it until 3 weeks later when they emailed saying it was shipping. That took forever. It was a clearance item costing over $100. I emailed asking them to cancel it but got back only automated responses. Went to a physical location but they said they couldn't help because it was clearance. Tried calling customer service and someone started helping me through email but then stopped responding completely. Called again after waiting a week and got a different person who picked it back up where the other left off. She said she'd refund me. Then 2 weeks after that I get an email saying they refunded $45. I'm done shopping here. Super disappointed.
Zero stars. Don't buy anything from this place. The customer service is awful. I ordered 4 items and only got 1. Sent 2 emails over a 2 week span and got nothing back from support. Finally tried the live chat option and was told they were processing orders from 2 weeks prior to mine. Then they just ended the chat conversation without any solution. This is my first and last time ordering.
Had a really frustrating time ordering from them online. Got a sweater delivered still wearing the security tag that needs special equipment to remove. I called customer service and they told me to either visit a local store or mail it back. Problem was I didn't have printer access at the moment and the post office wouldn't help me print a label. So I packaged up the sweater with my email and order details and sent it to a nearby location, asking them to take the tag off and ship it back to me. That was 2 months ago. I've called repeatedly but can never get through because they say they're too busy. Tried emailing through their website contact form too but never hear back. Called another location multiple times only to spend 45 minutes on hold before giving up. At this point I've basically written off the money I spent.
