I bought several items during a sale but had every single discounted piece removed from my order. This place is becoming just as bad as Boot Barn with how they treat customers.

I ordered two men's sports jackets as Christmas gifts. A week went by and then I got an email that my entire order was being canceled. There was no explanation provided at all.

I ordered some big kid pink glitter boots for my niece's Christmas present. I got an order confirmation right away and then a processing notification three days later. On day five an email arrived saying the order was canceled with absolutely no reason given. I called customer service and they said the item wasn't in stock anymore. A supervisor told me they'd checked all 100 stores before notifying me. That's a red flag because if their system worked right they should've known within a day that the item wasn't available. They refunded my money but that was it, no apology or gesture to help. I explained we were only a week before Christmas and now I had no time to find a replacement, but they offered nothing. I had to turn to another retailer to order a backup gift, which now won't arrive until early January. Cavenders' poor planning and bad inventory system meant my niece won't have a Christmas gift because of their mistake.

I ordered a youth cowboy hat on December 2nd and Cavenders canceled it without letting me know. I only found out something was wrong when the rest of my order arrived on December 7th. I called them up and learned the hat had been canceled without my request, though they said I could order it again since it showed as in stock. By that point I'd already gone with a different brand. Before buying anything here, especially if you're counting on getting it by a certain date, think carefully. Cavenders has shown they can't be relied on to follow through with orders or keep you in the loop about what's happening.

I ordered a kids cowboy hat in December and the order was silently canceled without any notification from Cavenders. I didn't find out until I started receiving other items from that same order a few days later. When I called to ask about the hat, they confirmed it was canceled on their end but suggested I just reorder it since it was suddenly back in stock. By then though I'd already made another purchase elsewhere. Before you shop here, especially if timing matters, understand that this company has a pattern of canceling orders and not keeping customers informed. You really can't trust them to deliver what you've ordered on any kind of reliable schedule.

Got counterfeit boots in my order. This shop is way overpriced for what you're actually getting. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste money buying from them.
