Sorted by: Most recentMy spouse got me grip tape for Christmas but it arrived damaged. When I tried to get an exchange, the site was fully automated with zero way to reach an actual person. They wouldn't allow exchanges and wanted me to pay for return shipping even though the damage wasn't my fault. They damaged the product and still expect you to cover the shipping costs to send it back.
Ordered something for about $600 and never got it. Customer service kept passing the buck back and forth between UPS and themselves, so basically I'm out the money with no resolution. Won't be shopping there again, that's for sure!!!!
Left a product review weeks ago and it never showed up on the site. After checking around, I noticed that CCS seems to filter out all their negative reviews, especially the ones with 1 or 2 stars. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
Tried to make a payment but lost my ref number. To find it I need to contact them, but apparently I need the ref number just to get in touch. Can't call, can't email without it. The whole situation is ridiculous, so I'm not paying anything.
Prices are pretty high and they use UPS for shipping which means packages sometimes just disappear.
The CCS+ membership might be worth it for frequent buyers, but honestly it's all hype and zero delivery. They claim 2-day shipping on soft items and 3-day on hard items but everything ships ground anyway, so you're not getting it in that window. Plus they game the system by only doing weekday delivery, so even if Saturday was possible, they'll make you wait until Monday. They also bump up prices by 5 to 15 percent across the board - shoes that are $90 elsewhere are $94.99 here. Remember, they already get wholesale pricing, so that markup is pure squeezing. Customer support is basically non-existent for such a big retailer. Seems like everything gets handled by whoever happens to be around the shop. I got one email response ever, and that was after I hunted down a contact that's not even listed on the website. Took five days to hear back. They do stock a lot of their own brand products which are priced reasonably, and they usually have good selection.
No one responds to emails and the item showed up all wrong. Definitely not what I paid for.
Received my order after about three weeks and I'm really pleased. The cushion came with a great looking print and the service was dependable. There's definitely worse out there in terms of taking your money and giving you nothing in return.
Got my order in after a few weeks and the quality and print were exactly what I wanted. Can't complain about how they handled it. Compared to some other retailers out there who take your cash and disappear, this experience was solid.
