Sent in a claim months back and nothing has happened. I submitted photos and still radio silence. You can't call them and they keep blaming the pandemic. Eventually you get tired of chasing them down and that's exactly what they're counting on. Put your money somewhere else with a real company.

After I got my Circulon pan, I realized it didn't match what the website described. The material felt cheap compared to other pans I own. When I called their customer service manager to discuss a return, she was really dismissive. Her tone was combative and unprofessional, especially about the return process. And I found out they'd be subtracting my return shipping costs from any refund, even though the pan wasn't what was promised.

Really poor experience overall. Just avoid this brand. I wanted to return it for a refund but given how they handle reimbursements, I had serious doubts I'd ever see my money. Places like this make me hesitant about shopping online.

Even when the line was no longer available, Circulon replaced my pan for me. I can't say anything bad about their after sales support. Would definitely recommend.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. I've read other reviews and one person's experience matches mine exactly. These Steelshield pans do not have a working nonstick surface. Make some scrambled eggs or oatmeal and you'll be scrubbing forever. I reached out to their support asking for help and they requested pictures, which I sent. They came back with a lecture about how I should heat oil until it smokes, wipe it out, let it cool, add more oil, and then it would work. It was scrambled eggs I was dealing with, and their advice made no sense. We went back and forth until they finally admitted the Steelshield pans aren't actually nonstick and that scrambled eggs stick, but said I could just use a scrubber to clean it. Come on. I don't have time to scrub pans by hand after cooking, and my dishwasher doesn't even get them clean. Whoever designed these pans with metal rings to protect the coating clearly doesn't cook real food. I'm stuck with three saucepans I won't even gift to anyone.
