I waited three months for a response, then they asked me to verify my address. That was a month ago and still nothing. Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Don't buy from this company. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We paid a lot for what should be a quality product with quality support. We spent close to a thousand dollars with them and the products are no better than cheaper options. Things broke and the company refused to handle the problems. Unbelievable customer service. I won't be ordering from them ever again. I gave them nearly a thousand in a year and they won't back up their warranty claim on a fifty dollar pan that had a defect.

I bought a roasting pan in March and after using it a couple times, rust appeared. I got in touch with their customer service and here we are in November with zero progress. This is the worst company ever. I wish I could share photos to prove it.

I sent them an email asking about their lifetime guarantee and concerns I had based on customer reviews about the nonstick surface wearing out. I wanted to know if that was covered since a nonstick pan that sticks is basically trash. A lifetime warranty seems misleading if that's not covered. Four days later and still no response, not even a simple acknowledgment. Really poor customer service.
