The coating deteriorates way too fast. I own four wine tumblers and the finish started peeling and flaking off on every single one within less than a year of use. When I asked the company to replace them, they refused and said the flakes aren't toxic. That's not the point.

Frustrated with their no cancellation policy and unfair refunds. I bought a 20 oz Canteen Sport bottle and right after ordering, my daughter found exactly what I was looking for. I emailed immediately asking them to stop the order. They said they never cancel orders and I'd have to pay for return shipping. Nobody mentioned upfront that I could only return the bottle itself. I also got an extra lid I thought was a different type and a surprise gift, but neither are returnable and they only mention that in the fine print. The return process is expensive too because of restocking fees. I've emailed and called multiple times asking for any consideration but they won't budge. Stuck with 57 dollars in unwanted items and will be switching to Yeti and Amazon. Pretty disappointed with how this turned out.

Got a 16oz hot and cold mug for Mother's Day and it leaked coffee everywhere the very first time I used it. The lid kept dripping from the top. I emailed customer support and they said since the purchase was international there was no warranty coverage. But my family bought it directly on their website in Canada. Still no warranty. Between the defective product and the unhelpful service, I'm really let down.

Stay away from this brand. You're just buying an overpriced item. The marketing sounds great but the reality doesn't match. Their insulated bottles like the Commuter Cup simply don't work as advertised. They won't keep drinks hot for even an hour and the plastic lid gets too hot to drink from when filled with hot liquid - you'll burn your lips. The customer service is basically nonexistent. Don't spend your money on this, seriously just avoid it.

Stay away from this brand. I bought a sport canteen that turned out to be defective. I submitted a warranty claim and sent proof of the problem, but they came back saying the cap leaks when full because apparently it's not supposed to be airtight when filled. The bottle was only half full anyway. Then they said since I used it I can't return it or get a refund. On top of that they told me to stop contacting them and flagged my account. Here's the thing - how do you know something's broken without using it? That makes no sense. I've used Yeti and S'well and never had these issues with replacements. The licensed products like Marvel designs cost more but are cheaply wrapped and scratch easily. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Really happy with what I bought. Sure, the price is steep for stainless steel cups, but I genuinely love mine. Ordered a mug and stemless cup and everything came promptly. The mug did start chipping after I used it constantly as a coffee drinker, but when I contacted them about the warranty, they were incredibly helpful and responded quickly. They even let me pick a new pattern for my replacement. I'd definitely purchase from them again, just try to catch them during sales!

Cannot recommend this company. My package disappeared somewhere in the shipping process and when I called customer service, they just told me to wait until a certain date without actually investigating. That's not how you treat a customer. First, I'll probably forget about it by then. Second, the product is pricey, so if you can see my order is stuck, you should contact the carrier yourself rather than passing the buck to me. Either expedite my order or refund me so I can buy elsewhere.

Exceptional service from this company! I ordered a canteen but they mistakenly sent me the wrong product. I called to fix it and they told me to keep what they sent and immediately expedited my actual canteen order instead. Rather than making me return things like most companies do, they just took care of it. Their handling of the mistake really impressed me. My canteen arrived and I'm extremely happy!
