After 2 weeks with our new Cosori 5L Rice cooker, we're absolutely in love with it. The build quality is excellent, it has a modern design, and it fits perfectly in our small kitchen space while still feeding up to 7 people. The inner pot is dishwasher safe which is super convenient. We've used it for way more than just rice, making stew, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, and other meals too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We'd love to see Cosori offer additional pots separately for their cookers since we'd definitely buy them.

My drawer has broken twice over the course of a year, but the customer service response both times has been excellent with replacements sent without any hassle. While it's concerning that this happened twice, their willingness to support me without question gives me confidence in the brand. Anita was especially helpful on the most recent replacement. Otherwise the product performs great.

My air fryer, 2 electric kettles (one glass, one orange), and glass coffee carafe with a wooden collar get compliments from guests all the time. The designs are simple yet sophisticated. To be clear, I haven't had a perfect experience with zero issues, but whenever problems have come up, the company has handled them well.
I ordered 2 Cosori air fryers, one for myself and another as a gift for my granddaughter. The handle on my basket became very loose and the screw holes had melted. I reached out about purchasing a replacement basket, but even though my warranty had expired, the representative Anita went above and beyond to find me a new white basket at no charge. I'm thrilled with how they handled this situation and their customer service is outstanding.

That was 2 months ago. After waiting 4 weeks, the items came back marked as undeliverable. When I contacted support again, they promised a refund but sent me back to the same return address and policy that hadn't worked before. The company clearly wants to avoid responsibility for their shipping error. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. I strongly warn others to stay away from Cosari.
Purchased a new toaster oven model with multiple features including air fry and rotisserie capabilities. Used it regularly, about every other day, for approximately 3 months without any problems. During preheating one day, the glass door suddenly shattered, scattering pieces across my counter and floor. I followed all instructions and never placed anything on top of the door. Attempted to reach customer service multiple times but the recall specialist said my model wasn't covered. All other support inquiries must go through email only, with no phone support available. I've sent several emails over the last 2 months with zero responses. This is an unsafe product with no real customer service accountability or support. Cosori deserves nothing but disappointment.
