Placed an order back in February and still haven't received it almost a month later. Their team keeps saying it's on the way and to wait for an update from the shipping company, but that company hasn't contacted them in weeks. I've asked multiple times for either a refund or to have it reshipped but all I get back are the same generic copy-paste responses. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I'm pregnant and really needed this. The lack of actual help is really disappointing.

Really disappointed with how this was handled. I sent my order back and they claimed not all items came back even though I provided them with the postage receipt that showed the exact weight of what I mailed. They reviewed it and said they'd refund me, but nothing ever hit my account. After following up multiple times, they finally admitted it was their mistake. In the end I only got a partial refund and I'm still going back and forth with their support team trying to get this resolved. Their customer service reps just aren't cooperative at all. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Ordered from here and paid extra for expedited shipping thinking it would arrive in 2 to 3 days. The package got stuck in customs for weeks and when it finally showed up I got a separate bill from the carrier saying I owed $47 in customs charges. Called Ego about it and they basically said not their problem - told me the only option was to return everything if I didn't want to pay. That's completely ridiculous! Most of the stuff was supposed to be here before my vacation and arrived way too late. The cost ended up being double what I originally paid once you factor in the unexpected fees. Total waste of money and time. Their policies are unfair and unhelpful. Definitely won't be ordering from them again. Seriously, look elsewhere.

Avoid shopping here. If you try to return something they'll overcharge you significantly compared to what the return should actually cost. Very sketchy business practices.

Good news that things worked out in the end. So I placed an order and unfortunately received some items that were damaged plus a couple wrong things. They sent me a prepaid return label which was helpful. The problem came when I went to process the refund - I was supposed to get back $61.57 but only received $34. That's a significant chunk of money missing and I still haven't gotten a clear answer on where the rest went. Pretty frustrating situation overall, but at least it eventually got sorted.
