What a mess. Ordered stuff on March 13th and got some excuse about COVID and supply chain issues. Could get through at first but now it's impossible - called recently and waited over 45 minutes before hanging up. Nobody responds to support tickets or emails either. Seems like they're just buried under orders. Won't be using their website again.
Put in an order 6 weeks ago for 2 items and only got charged - no order confirmation or anything else. Emails go unanswered, phone calls have you on hold for over 30 minutes just to be told to leave a voicemail that never gets picked up. Had to report it as fraud to my credit card company. An established brand like this should know better than to treat customers this way. Stay away from their European site.
Three weeks ago I ordered items and the UPS tracking just says the package status isn't available. Nothing from the company, no updates at all. Really hope Fox management knows how badly their reputation is getting damaged by this. Totally unacceptable.
Terrible, terrible customer service. When you call, nobody seems to know anything. Back in November 2020 I ordered a replacement buckle piece for my motorcycle boots and I've called 8 times. Every single time it's a different person who answers and still nothing. It's crazy that this hasn't been resolved.
Don't shop here. A supposedly well-known company that ignores emails and messages on social media asking about your order status is ridiculous. Wanted to get a helmet for my husband's birthday and the site said it ships in 3 to 5 working days. I got a tracking number but just found out today, two weeks after his birthday, that they're sending it back. No explanation, no money back yet. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to try to recover my payment. Pretty disappointed that such a big brand can just take your cash and not actually deliver.
