I've tried multiple times to reach their customer service with zero response. It's been over two weeks since I ordered and I still haven't gotten any kind of update. This whole thing feels like a scam.

Can't give less than one star or I would. Your support is absolutely dreadful. I sent an email asking for an update on my order and got nothing. Please tell me what's happening. If this order was cancelled I want my money back right now. This is my second order from you and the first time you sent the wrong size so I never got what I paid for. Now this. I'm shocked at how poorly you treat your customers.

Wish I'd read the reviews before spending my money here. Do not order from these people, it's a scam and you won't get your stuff. I'm out 277 dollars. I've made complaints to consumer standards and Afterpay.

Spent 400 bucks right before Christmas ordering during their 'guaranteed Christmas delivery for orders over 100 dollars' promotion. My order came in multiple packages and one item was missing. I tried reaching support 6 times through email, phone, and chat and got no response from any of them. Finally I got a generic email saying they're out of stock. This was 5 days before Christmas and their website still shows they have it. I'm furious about their nonexistent customer service and the fact they keep taking orders when they claim not to have stock. Won't be ordering again. Total disaster.

Got items online and one of them was described wrong. I contacted both their online team and the local store location about returning it, and both said there were no issues. But when I went to the store in person, the manager refused to refund and was discriminatory, not following the return policy posted on their site. She was aggressive and made me feel bad. I complained multiple times to their support and eventually a regional manager reached out, but their response was useless. It's disappointing that this happens in retail, especially nowadays when stores are struggling. Customers deserve better. Think carefully before buying here, especially when other retailers sell the same products with way better service.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company's support team. The whole operation seems disorganized and lacks any real system. Looking back, I'm not sure what was worse: their online ordering system that doesn't work with Australia Post or acknowledge non-residential addresses, having my package go missing, being promised express shipping on the replacement that never happened, getting ignored when I asked where to send it again, receiving two pairs of identical white shoes in one box, not being told when my return arrived, getting the silent treatment on four separate emails asking about my refund after the 7 business days were up, the dismissive tone from support when I explained everything, them refusing to admit their mistakes and just saying sorry, or continuing to email me trying to sell me more stuff. This whole ordeal has been a complete mess.
