Sounded straightforward. But the second pair also didn't fit right. They sent me a return label for that one too. I shipped both pairs back. Three to four weeks go by with zero refunds. I reach out again and they claim they've already issued the refunds, but I only see one. Three days later I ask about the missing refund and they say it's been processed. I follow up asking if they understand I'm talking about a second order and get the same generic answer. I provide them with the order number, purchase date, return date, and price but they respond about a completely different order. I'm stuck going back and forth with their support team who still haven't figured out they owe me another refund. I've had to take this to my credit card company.
Wanted to cancel my order since it was going to be three weeks before they even shipped it, but they wouldn't let me cancel. When it finally came in, I tried to set up a return and the link they provided didn't work. I emailed them to tell them the link was broken and got the same useless email back three times telling me to click on it. Still didn't work. Total ripoff. Stay away from this company.
Don't waste your energy on this place. The whole thing is a disaster. I placed an order a month back and haven't gotten any status updates whatsoever. There's no phone number to call them and emails go nowhere, they've ignored both messages I sent. Absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. My money's gone.
Tried their 7 day trial program. Got the shoes back but they felt flimsy and didn't fit properly. Went to start the return process but the return label they gave me was broken and wouldn't work, which apparently is a common issue based on other negative reviews here. Tried reaching out through email and social media but got nothing back. After two weeks and multiple contact attempts with no response, I ended up disputing the charge through my bank.
What shows up on their website looks nothing like what you actually get. The quality is rock bottom, worst I've ever seen. They don't include return labels and there's no customer service phone line. Once they've got your cash, they stop responding to you completely. Straight up con artists. These shoes should be at a bargain outlet.
