Instead, they sent me a 2 quart non-stick pan without a lid. I emailed asking for an exchange to get what I actually ordered. They replied that the website description was wrong and should have said non-stick without a lid, claiming they don't carry the stainless steel 2 quart with lid. They offered to email me a shipping label for a refund. I went back to the site and found that they definitely do have the exact pan I ordered. I called customer service and asked them to send me the correct one. First they said they didn't have it, then when I told them I was putting it in my cart right then while we talked, the unhelpful rep said I'd need to place a brand new order. I asked if they'd waive shipping since this was their mistake and they refused. So then I asked if they'd at least arrange for pickup of the wrong item they sent, since it's a 40 minute round trip to the UPS store and I shouldn't pay or waste my time fixing their error. They said no again.
My first couple orders went smoothly, but then I placed two more orders and they sent me wrong items both times. The damage wasn't just cosmetic either - the items flat out didn't work.
