They handled my broken stick claim pretty fast and got me a store credit right away. But they didn't post my negative review about that particular stick falling apart immediately, which makes me wonder if any of the reviews on their site are actually legitimate.
Avoid Apple Pay with this retailer. I had a charge sitting as pending but no order confirmation. Turns out the transaction never went through at all. When I reached out, they were quick to respond but basically said there's nothing they can do about it. Apparently Apple Pay issues happen frequently with them but they don't warn customers upfront. I could've just used a regular card instead.

Shocking lack of competence from their team. My first order got cancelled because they claimed I didn't confirm an email I never even got. The second order still hasn't shipped because they say PayPal didn't go through. Now I've got two orders in limbo with them asking for payment on the old one when the newer one never even got cancelled properly.
What a nightmare ordering experience. I placed my order back in mid-February and only got half of it. The rest has been stuck in this frustrating back and forth that's lasted over a month. Worst hockey gear purchase I've made in 60 years. I bought two Sherwood sticks on August 24 and it's now late September with still no delivery. The tracking shows they won't arrive until October, which is the third time the date's been pushed back. I live in California so there's no excuse for this delay. After calling in the first week without much help and chatting with someone later, I'm starting to think this place is just someone running an operation from their garage. I'm genuinely worried I lost $200 on these sticks and I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my credit card company.
