Sorted by: Most recentGot the K-Cafe Essential and it quit after 3 weeks, so I returned it and tried the K-Supreme instead. When I opened it, it only made about 2 ounces instead of a full cup and the coffee was barely warm. Exchanged it for another K-Supreme but the new one had the same problems right out of the box. Fresh machine, same issues.
Paid $110 for this thing and it didn't even last a month. Complete garbage. Save your money and skip Keurig.
The first two times descaling went fine, but the third time the power shut off and wouldn't turn back on. After looking at reviews online, I found out this happens constantly with this model. My machine isn't even a year old yet, but I can't find my receipt so I'm stuck. This was the Supreme model which wasn't cheap either. I won't buy from them again. Told the rep that maybe they should read their own reviews since this is happening to tons of units.

Awful machine with terrible support after the sale. We purchased two units in under a year and a half, and both failed. Called customer service twice and wasted hours talking to agents without getting anywhere. If you don't have your receipt (even though I have the original box), good luck getting them to help. I gave them both serial numbers but they found every excuse to reject my claim and make it difficult.
My machine quit working before the first year ended, so it should have been covered. Called them and they asked me to send proof of purchase and said they'd mail a replacement. That replacement never showed up. Emailed them again but still nothing arrived. I'm done trying. Really let down by this whole experience.
Bought a Duo model in the summer of 2024 and the single serve function stopped working after only 3 months. Getting a replacement was a nightmare. Keurig's advertising is misleading and this problem needs to get addressed.
Ordered 3 coffee makers online for Christmas gifts along with pods. One maker didn't arrive. I've been calling customer service and they keep saying a supervisor will call me back, but nobody ever does. Every time I reach someone they say they can't handle refunds, only supervisors can, but supervisors are never available. I placed the order in November and it's now January 11 with nothing resolved.
