These aren't custom items either, just regular mass-produced stuff. That shouldn't take this long.

I ordered it back in November and totally forgot about it until February rolled around. I reached out and got a response super fast. They told me the item had come in and was ready to go out, with delivery in just a few weeks. When it showed up, the doll was absolutely perfect. Their customer service team was genuinely helpful, really kind, and answered everything right away. Definitely coming back to order more.
