This company has some of the poorest customer service I've encountered. I've submitted legitimate reviews about their throne string and mesh relaunch, but they never show up online. It's clear they're filtering out any feedback that doesn't praise their promoted items. Their shipping is consistently problematic, arriving either damaged or behind schedule. Orders take forever to get packed, and it doesn't seem to be because they're being careful. When you need to contact support, they act like you're bothering them. Got a question about your package tracking? Don't expect much help beyond them just pulling up the carrier's page and pointing you to what you can already see yourself. Competitors like LAX.COM actually know how to treat customers right and they use UPS, which has delivered everything without issues. I'm really let down by how this business runs and the way they handle their customers.

Avoid their limited edition items at all costs. I was able to place an order for something marked as limited edition, but it turned out they didn't actually have it in stock. This meant I lost the opportunity to purchase from other shops while waiting to hear back. About a week went by before I finally contacted them myself, and that's when they casually mentioned they were planning to send out a notification email anyway. If you want to avoid this frustrating situation, shop elsewhere.
