What company does stuff like that these days? I'm sticking with MOEN for all my plumbing projects going forward. Really grateful for their support.

It's insulting. Their products are cheap garbage, the warranty is an outright lie, and their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. I literally cannot find one positive thing to say.
