What showed up was a Danco branded product with a completely different model number. It was the same part but Danco's price is 1/4 of what MOEN charges. No receipt ever provided, no email confirmation, nothing inside the box either. They made sure to flood my inbox with promotional emails though. When I tried registering the product for warranty coverage, the system kept automatically removing the model number from the required field, preventing completion. It's absolutely a scam. They claim you get a warranty but won't let you register products. That's why they refuse to give receipts. They don't want registration happening. The replacement part has hundreds of 1 star reviews online, but because they use proprietary connections, I had zero options. I paid for UPS shipping but they sent it FedEx. Customer service was fine until after I made the purchase. After that payment cleared, they stopped caring. This company is sketchy.
The warranty terms got changed on me when I went to do the registration. I paid a premium for MOEN products, but then they started requiring serial numbers and proof of purchase, neither of which I had available. THEY changed their policies before I even had a chance to get my items registered.
