Here's the kicker - the warranty doesn't cover laces. Really? For what you pay for this glove, I expected way better construction. Don't waste your cash on this!!!!
Tried ordering a glove for the first time and the site showed it was available. I waited a long time with no delivery. Finally called and found out it wasn't actually in stock. They said I could check back in a couple weeks to see if it would be available, or they could refund me. I did that and asked for my money back, but they said they couldn't put it back on my original card and I'd need to set up a different account to receive it. Got the refund that way but they also sent a 20% discount code that didn't work. The whole process was frustrating and confusing. I probably won't order from them again.
Bought a Rawlings Threat baseball bat for my grandson back in August 2022. The bat cracked in multiple spots in April 2023. I reached out through the original retailer and they sent me a copy of the receipt and a return shipping label. I sent the bat back at the end of April and Rawlings received it by early May. I've sent several follow-up emails requesting a replacement, refund, or at minimum some kind of response. Nothing. I'm never purchasing from this retailer or Rawlings again and I'd tell others not to as well!
Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ordered two pairs of baseball pants and they kept saying they'd ship out the following week. Two months go by and nothing. Eventually I gave up. The rep I talked to had absolutely no concern whatsoever.
I placed an order for baseball pants in late December and didn't get them until late March. Zero updates about what was taking so long. When I called to check, the person on the phone was nothing but rude. When they finally arrived, they were the wrong size. Called about getting a return label and got more rudeness. Sent the pants back in early April with confirmation they received it within days. Took another three weeks and another call with yet another rude employee before I got my refund. This is hands down the worst customer service I've encountered. I'm never shopping here again.
My son got shin guards from an order I placed in January. He started using them at school sports practice just a couple weeks ago and the right one cracked. Wednesday I tried calling support three days in a row and leaving messages with no callbacks. I emailed their returns department with no answer either. Thursday I called twice in an hour and got transferred all over the place - once to three different spots, then to two others twice, and got hung up on both times. It's ridiculous that nobody will actually help or answer back. Sent more emails with zero response. Friday I called two more times, got transferred to the bat section again like every other call, then to a voicemail, left a message. Called back and entered my number for a callback that never happened. Sent more emails and nothing. Your company has the absolute worst customer service I've dealt with from any vendor. Nobody wants to actually pick up and help, and you ignore calls and emails. It's just a standard warranty replacement - why won't you help loyal customers? You don't even have a chat option either I guess.
I collect MLB batting helmets and since they switched to the new Mach Pro design, the quality has gone downhill. The helmets show up with scuffs, missing paint, and worst of all, the team logos on the front aren't even applied straight. It's a basic thing and they're messing it up. Other sellers of the same helmet get tons of complaints about this too. I sent a helmet back specifically asking them to fix the paint and make sure to put the decal on straight this time. They still put it on crooked. It's unacceptable that they haven't trained staff on how to properly apply a helmet decal.
The communication here was absolutely dreadful. I ordered a glove showing as in stock with custom embroidery in early June. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for July. I never got any shipping notification or status update. After waiting four or five weeks, I finally emailed and got back that it takes two months and would go out in August. August comes, still nothing. I sent two more emails this week and still waiting. Looked at reviews and I see companies blaming COVID. That's not the issue here. COVID has zero to do with not sending updates or responding to messages. That's purely management failing. Plus when I ordered, they never mentioned two months or longer for shipping.
