My kids enjoy it too. I had to cancel part of my order due to some changes, and they processed the cancellation and refund right away without making a fuss.

Really let down by this company, especially since they used to be so responsive with customer support. Got the Piano with the 49 colored keys in early November but it arrived broken. I've emailed support multiple times, but after three months I still haven't gotten a response that would let me get a replacement. It's been almost a year waiting for this during the pre-order phase, and now three months since it showed up damaged. The keyboard is still in the box because I can't use it. It's honestly ridiculous. I've never seen another company behave this way despite owning gear from many different brands. Terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Ordered a Piano M back in December thinking it would be perfect for Christmas. Here we are in late February and still no keyboard. They keep telling me mid-March, but I'm skeptical at this point. Support does send updates but never actually addresses what I'm asking. If you're considering this as a gift, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The product itself is probably fine, but the delivery and support situation is absolutely unacceptable and the dates they give you aren't reliable.
Love what ROLI makes. The support on Discord is great and the community is awesome too. Been playing around with the Airwave along with the Piano and Seaboard for about a month now and it's been such a fun experience.

First time buying from ROLI and I got the Piano and Airwave together. Yeah it took a while to arrive, but now that I have them I'm happy with both. Had one small issue with the Piano keyboard but they took care of it really quickly.
Waiting almost five months for the keyboard I bought. I've submitted a bunch of support tickets and not one has gotten a response. Starting to think this might be some kind of scam dressed up as a real company with good marketing but zero ability to actually send what they're promising. Crazy that so many people seem to have this problem and they keep selling. WATCH OUT before you order. The products are real but something is seriously broken inside this company. When they reply on review sites they say to contact their support email, but THEY DON'T ANSWER EMAILS sent there. So it's basically a lie to make themselves look good. I've tried reaching out four separate times over months and never gotten a single response.
Still waiting for my Airwave that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Really disappointed.
