The quality is terrible. Got some boots and wore them for a couple months. One of them split right down the middle on the sole. I sent them pictures showing how barely worn they were, but they claimed I overused them. After pushing back hard, they finally sent replacements, but the exact same thing happened. Way too expensive for such poor craftsmanship and the customer service made it even worse.

I'm really upset. I called over a month ago because shoes I bought last year fell apart after wearing them one single time. Two pieces just ripped. The material is cheap garbage, and they want me to send a receipt from a year ago to get a refund. Who keeps receipts that long? It's unacceptable to pay over a hundred dollars for shoes that completely break apart after one wear.

Absolute scam, don't order from here. It's been over three weeks since I placed my order with zero updates on what's happening. I've tried emailing but my messages bounce back, and when I call nobody picks up. This company should be shut down.

This is a complete scam. Ordered something and it went out of stock, so they called me to pick a replacement. The one they suggested was way pricier and I agreed to pay the difference. That was three weeks ago and it never arrived. All I get back are emails saying they're looking into it. Just don't bother with them.

Why are there stickers on the bottom of boots you order online? Seems like an odd choice.

Absolutely terrible experience with their customer service. My shoes never arrived. When I tried to get help, they basically told me to deal with the shipping carrier myself. When I went to file a claim, turns out they already did and it got denied. They knew that already but let me waste my time anyway. Now I'm out two hundred bucks with nothing to show for it. Don't buy from these people.

These boots looked great but fell apart after just a few wears. The material ripped down the side of both shoes. I saw other reviews mentioning the same problem, but customer service told me I'd have to pay to ship them back just to see if they qualify for a refund. After five days with no response, I still don't have written confirmation of anything. Skip this brand.

Really let down by their customer service, both at the store and through their main line. I ordered online and used their returns service to swap for a different size. Got the new size but still wasn't satisfied with how it fit. Now the website says my order is still processing even though I have the shoes. Called customer service and they were useless, so I went to the physical store and they couldn't help either. I'm done buying directly from them. They shouldn't use third party services if their own systems can't handle it properly.

These shoes are poor quality for the price. The zipper stopped working and the sole feels bumpy. Way too expensive to fall apart like this. Don't waste your money.

This is a total scam. I bought something online and paid for it along with shipping. I got order confirmations and a dispatch notification. Days later they email saying it's out of stock and no refund since I supposedly haven't paid. That makes zero sense. I had to handle it myself through my payment processor. Seriously avoid this company entirely. What's even worse is that same product in my size is still showing available on their website.
