Even worse, they told me to fill out the customs form wrong on the return label. I'm still fighting for a refund and can only assume it'll be just as frustrating as this whole process has been.

Now they want me to handle everything myself to fix their mistake and eat the return costs before they'll send what I actually paid for. It's all their fault but I have to deal with it. What really concerns me is they wanted me to use incorrect paperwork on the shipping label. Tried using the code in late September and it didn't work. Asked for help multiple times and got nothing. Still no resolution as of now. Found out they might be going through financial trouble. Something's definitely changed with this company and I'm extremely let down and frustrated.
Bought a pair of Overweb GTX ski gloves in my usual medium size. I've worn their gloves for years with no problems but these are awful. The fingers are way too tight and the thumb is short plus awkwardly sewn so you can't move your hand properly. Almost impossible to wear comfortably. Tried returning them and first they said no way it's too late. When I pushed back they finally agreed but wouldn't honor what their own return policy said I should get. After complaining again they offered a bit more and I accepted. When I actually got the credit though it was only the smaller amount I had already turned down. Don't buy from them. The products aren't good and customer service can't be trusted.
