Contacted them to see about swapping it for an undamaged copy. They said no. I was totally confused because I'm not even asking for cash back, just a different bag. Sent pictures as proof and their response was basically sorry, it's on sale so no returns. Asked again and got radio silence. Don't recommend. They won't take responsibility for their products even when you get them damaged straight out of the box.
I'm speechless. Absolutely dishonest company. They claim they don't take returns from my country but then said they'd accept one for store credit as a special favor. My return disappeared in transit because they gave me a bogus address. Almost two months later and I can't reach them. No refund, no store credit, no bag. This is the most upsetting shopping experience I've had.
This could have been a bad experience, but great customer service saved it. A couple weeks after I placed my order, they told me a top I ordered was unavailable. It was part of a bundle so I was let down. Their response was really understanding they just shipped the other piece for free and refunded what the top cost the very next business day. My order hasn't arrived yet but I'm confident the quality will be amazing.
This could have easily been a low rating, but their response turned it around completely. About two weeks after ordering, I found out a top I wanted wasn't available. Since I got it as a set with a skirt, I was pretty frustrated. They got back to me saying they understood and would just send the skirt free while refunding that part. True to their word, the money showed up the next business day. Haven't gotten my stuff yet, but I'm confident the quality will be great.
Worst experience with their support team hands down. I ordered two things and neither shipped for over a month. One turned out to be unavailable so they refunded that without even telling me it was out of stock. When the Tommy bag finally came after six weeks, it showed up damaged. I asked to exchange it for an undamaged one but instead got a refund because they didn't have stock. Completely over it.
