Once an order goes through, there's no cancelling it whether you try the website or contact their team. They also don't accept returns from my country even though the site says they do. If you insist on returning something you have to cover shipping based on their policy. Skip this brand. The same stuff sells elsewhere with better prices and way better return and cancellation policies. Support at those other retailers is friendlier too. I mixed up the two currencies on checkout but texted their support right away once my bank showed a different amount. Hours later they said it was already being packed and couldn't cancel. Got my order three weeks later. Even though I emailed constantly they only replied twice saying DHL had issues. The whole thing was frustrating and I hated what showed up.
