The first tank showed up damaged on the front so they sent a replacement, but that one arrived in even worse shape. Both came in regular store packaging with zero padding or protection, like mailing a meal in an envelope. Getting a refund supposedly in 5 to 7 days but now I'm stuck with two broken tanks, a stand, and supplies I no longer need. The tanks were supposed to cost around 376 but I paid over 250 originally. Honestly don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Their communication is absolutely terrible. I've sent countless emails that go unanswered and the company seems like a complete joke at this point. I'm so fed up I'm filing a complaint with the ombudsman. There's an order issue that started back in November, I paid extra for expedited shipping but it took a week to arrive anyway, and then when I email about problems they take forever to respond and don't actually help fix anything. I honestly can't recommend buying anything from this place.
Ordered a complete tank setup but the tank arrived without a filter. I also ordered sand and tools that never showed up. They're claiming a separate filter was actually the sand order. This was my first purchase with them and absolutely the last. The whole situation feels dishonest.
Usually I give businesses a second shot, but this was a huge mistake. Ordered an air pump and when I plugged it in there was no bubbling at all. Being an electrician, I opened it up to check and found both the rubber baffles were split. The box itself looked beat up and old with some missing components. This is the second time they've sent me defective merchandise, and waiting for replacements takes forever. Won't be ordering from them anymore.
Don't plan on shopping there again. Delivery was reasonably quick but if you need to return anything, their customer service is pretty disappointing.

Got help from their team picking out a pump and provided all my specs. Unfortunately the pump doesn't work properly for what I need it for, even though I've tried troubleshooting it. They were happy to take my money right away, but after emailing over 10 times I keep getting the runaround about getting a response in 3 days or whenever. Still nothing. Not sure what my next move should be.
Really frustrated with my purchase and won't be ordering again. I bought two hoodies in size M that fit like XXXL. Since I'm overseas, shipping them back would cost me about 12 euros out of pocket. The company should cover return costs when their sizing descriptions aren't accurate.
