Ordered a pair of shorts and a hoodie but got a shipping update only on the hoodie. The shorts had no tracking info. Since I needed both before a trip, I emailed asking where the shorts were. Nobody responded, the hoodie arrived, and I never heard anything about the shorts. What kind of company runs like that? Definitely won't order from them again.

Ordered from them once and most things were fine, but one shirt that was listed as regular fit came in way bigger than expected. Customer service was okay but pretty slow. They wouldn't cover return shipping costs and I'd have to pay to get the replacement sent out too, even though their sizing information was clearly wrong. It's unfortunate because they carry a lot of great products otherwise.
