Yet when I got my refund, they took out nine dollars. For the second brace, they told me twenty percent would be deducted. The original price was around two hundred twenty dollars, but my refund was fifty three dollars short, which was more than twenty percent. In both situations, I paid for return postage myself, and the company also subtracted their original shipping charges from my money back. None of these extra costs were explained clearly upfront. You only see the complete return terms in tiny print after you buy and try to send something back. The products themselves are fine, but the way they handle returns is misleading. Before you buy, you should know that you cover return postage and they'll reduce your refund by their original shipping costs too. The actual deductions didn't match what staff told me over the phone.
