Sorted by: Most recentWanted to order a personalized tumbler so I created an account like they required. They even sent me a welcome message. Then I tried logging in and got an error. I'm pretty sure my password was right but I clicked forgot password anyway. That was three days ago with no email response. I tried the same thing yesterday and still nothing came through. I also submitted something through their contact form and still waiting to hear back.
Ordered 4 coffee tumblers on December 14, 2023 with free shipping that should arrive by Christmas. I also paid an extra 10 dollars for faster delivery so they'd get here by the 19th or 20th. On the 22nd I called their support line and they told me they forgot to ship it, but they'd add expedited shipping so it would definitely come that night or the next day on the 23rd. My package didn't show up until December 26th. After I called them on the 26th about it, they offered to reimburse the 10 dollars for shipping. How does that fix it? The whole point was getting it on time. They should at least refund the shipping cost for missing their own deadline, then offer something for the inconvenience and the purchase overall. They clearly don't care about doing right by customers. Still waiting on that 10 dollar reimbursement by the way. This company deserves a zero rating.
This is a horrible, dishonest company with terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't buy Tervis products. I got a tumbler for my son and the lid doesn't stay tight, so it leaks everywhere. I reached out via their chat feature and explained the problem, then they asked when I bought it. The representative told me this was covered under their warranty and said to send the cup in. I paid 12 dollars to ship it out, but then a different employee claimed no one would have told me to do that and said the lid issue isn't actually covered. That makes no sense, I wouldn't have done any of this otherwise. Now I'm out of 12 dollars, they have my cup, and they're refusing to honor what was promised. One of their staff members is making up false stories about what was said.
