Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I bought a lightweight jacket that started fading badly after just three or four months and only a couple of washes. When I contacted them, they promised a replacement and asked for shipping info, which I gave them. The replacement never showed up. When I followed up, they backed out of the replacement offer and instead offered me 15% off a future purchase as a goodwill gesture. That discount is never getting used. The clothing fits great and looks nice, but I won't be buying from them again.

Got a pair of the Moneymaker shoes and they showed up right on schedule. I was able to wear them immediately out to play a round and they're super comfortable with great looks. The one thing that bothered me was navigating the website itself. It could use some improvements to help people find products easier. Also, categories that are completely out of stock should probably be hidden so you're not wasting time looking through empty sections.

Their website is a nightmare. I tried to reset my password twice and twice they never sent me the email. It's ridiculous. Plus half of what they sell is constantly out of stock anyway. Not coming back to shop here.

These shoes have great looks and a good fit with half size options, which is helpful. The problem is the heel gave out after just four or five wears. I noticed other reviews mentioning this exact issue and assumed they would have redesigned or switched materials by now. Apparently not. The shoes still function but they're basically ruined looking at this point.

The shoes look awesome and fit great, plus they come in half sizes which is nice. But after wearing them just four or five times the heel started falling apart. I know other people have had this same problem and I was hoping they'd finally fixed it. Clearly they haven't. They still work okay but they look pretty ugly now with the damage.

Got shoes that ran small even though I ordered my normal size. My bigger complaint though is how much waste this company generates with their deliveries. The packaging is absolutely ridiculous - plastic wrapping, foam inserts for each shoe, tissue paper, and this massive cardboard box for something that doesn't need it. I'm not some tree hugger, but this is way over the top and honestly makes you not even want to open the box. Really disappointed in how little they care about the environment.
