The EU site clearly labeled the size as UK, so I went ahead and ordered a 10. What showed up was a US size 10, which is way too small. When I called to exchange for a bigger size, they told me I'd have to send them back at my own cost and then buy a new pair. That makes zero sense and honestly wastes money on shipping both directions. I'm also worried about whether I'll even get my refund back since I've read about others having similar problems. I might update this if the money doesn't come through. The shoes themselves were nice, which makes this whole situation even more frustrating.
