The processing and shipping times are absolutely terrible. They tell you it takes four business days just to process an order. Four days for one pair of shorts! Then another three days passes after they create the shipping label before anything actually gets picked up by the carrier. I'll be lucky if I see this stuff two weeks after I paid for it.

The EU site clearly labeled the size as UK, so I went ahead and ordered a 10. What showed up was a US size 10, which is way too small. When I called to exchange for a bigger size, they told me I'd have to send them back at my own cost and then buy a new pair. That makes zero sense and honestly wastes money on shipping both directions. I'm also worried about whether I'll even get my refund back since I've read about others having similar problems. I might update this if the money doesn't come through. The shoes themselves were nice, which makes this whole situation even more frustrating.

The time it takes them to process and ship orders is painfully slow. I paid extra for two day shipping but my stuff sat in the warehouse for over a week without moving. Their website promises times they clearly can't deliver on. This isn't even the first time they've done this to me. The products themselves are okay, but the shipping delays kill the experience.

The build quality and performance of their shorts is genuinely impressive. They're constructed well enough to work out in yet nice enough to wear to a good restaurant. That would normally be a five star review from me, but the price is steep and I have serious issues with their return policy. It's a hassle to process returns on their site, and anything on sale can't be returned. Since most of what they sell seems to require a sale for the price to be reasonable, you end up stuck. Their return process needs major improvements because right now doing business with them is more trouble than it's worth unless you're 100% certain about what you want.
