I ordered something a size too small and immediately emailed them asking if they could just change my size before it shipped since it hadn't even left their warehouse yet. They refused and just told me to return it instead. I've asked other companies to do this and they've never had a problem with it, especially when the order hadn't even gone out yet. That was my last purchase from them.
I placed an order on April 22nd. By April 26th, the wetsuit had arrived but unfortunately came damaged, so I had to send it back. They got the return on May 2nd. Now it's May 13th and I'm still waiting on my refund so I can order a replacement. When I contacted customer service, they told me returns can take up to 4 weeks to process. That would mean roughly 6 weeks from when I first ordered to actually having a usable wetsuit. By the time I can order and get the replacement, I won't even need one anymore this year. I've never seen a return process move this slowly. It's pretty ridiculous.
Their customer service is honestly pretty bad. The phone number they list for support is basically useless. I tried calling multiple times over several weeks and no one picks up. They put you on hold for a few minutes and then just hang up on you. Email responses take forever if they come at all. I'd strongly recommend staying away from their website. I do like their actual products, but I refuse to buy from them online anymore. Just go to a local shop instead since they probably have actual customer service that answers phones. That's definitely not happening at their website.
I wanted to buy Psychofreak 3.5mm booties but can't get them shipped to the UK or EU, and they don't distribute those products to Europe either. I ended up having to order through a third party retailer in the US and pay extra import costs just because they wouldn't help me out. It's been 2 years now and I'm still waiting for them to carry this boot in Europe and the UK. Get this product available here please.
I ordered clothes on June 4th and they were supposed to arrive today, but it's now 3 weeks later and nothing. It took me four separate emails just to get someone to respond, and all they gave me were excuses. Their phone line isn't even available. I won't be shopping with them again.
