I purchased something from their online store and as soon as they gave me the delivery window, I emailed their team asking if they could push back the delivery a couple days since nobody would be home. They told me no, saying the package was already with them but they couldn't delay it. I asked what would happen if there's nobody there to accept the delivery. Their response was that they'd just drop it off on the front step. When I pointed out that it would almost certainly get stolen in my neighborhood, they basically said to contact them after the fact if it went missing. So I asked to cancel the whole order. Even though the product was sitting in their warehouse, they refused. I had to call the shipping company myself and ask them to hold the package at their location for pickup. The company didn't help at all and wouldn't even respond to my emails about these issues.
Quality has taken a real hit compared to how it was before. I purchased their Basic White dining and breakfast plates back when they were truly premium, but the new ones I ordered don't match up at all. The plates are noticeably thicker now and even the color and feel of the material are off. To top it off, one of the plates showed up with visible scratches on the surface, which makes me wonder if they're even inspecting things before they ship them out.
Got my coffee cup set in great condition and it arrived fast, which was awesome. The packaging was solid too. I have to knock off a star though because the interior box came looking pretty gross with some kind of rusty, sandy residue all over the company branding. That was really strange and kind of gross to see. But honestly, I'm super happy with how nice the cups look and how good the quality is.

This company is absolutely crazy! Got a gift card for Christmas and it doesn't work at all. I let them know and even gave them a photo of the receipt that came with it, but they just gave me the runaround. Eventually I got a customer service rep and she started fighting with me. She wouldn't stop talking over me and just went on this angry rant. I can't get over how this company acts now. They always seemed so classy. Just skip them.
