These tiles are just awful and honestly some of the worst I've ever seen. None of them are actually square, they're all different measurements, and tons of them are bent and not even usable. You're lucky if an entire box doesn't have something broken or messed up. Would never suggest this brand to anyone and I'm never ordering from them again.
Their customer service team left a lot to be desired. I needed to send back some items that came in two separate packages, but they only provided one shipping label. When I called the phone line asking for a second label, the call center wasn't located in my country and the staff had difficulty communicating in clear English, which made getting help really difficult.
The actual merchandise is really solid, but the company's support is a total letdown. I've been buying their stuff for years and years, but I'm done now.
