I bought a pair of these jeans and initially felt great about how they fit. Then after wearing them for just four days, I bent down and the seam ripped right along the pocket area, leaving my underwear showing. I thought maybe it was just bad luck, so I tried a second pair. Same exact problem happened. Thank goodness I wasn't somewhere public when this occurred.

Bought two pairs of George Strait cowboy cut jeans for the first time. Washed the first pair to verify the fit, ordering up a size to account for the thick fabric. Once washed, they can't be returned. I wear this pair just doing yard work. After four or five washes, the metal rivets on both back pockets fell completely off and ended up in the dryer. The quality is really disappointing, especially for the price tag.

They slap you with a $7.99 return fee anytime something doesn't fit right. This has been an issue multiple times and I'm over it. Not shopping with them anymore.

I couldn't return an unworn pair of jeans because I'd removed the tag. The size matched what I always wear from other retailers, but when I tried them on they wouldn't even fit over my hips. I've sent two emails over six days with no reply. When I finally called, they said no returns without the tag attached. Now I'm stuck with a pair of jeans I paid for and can't wear, with no way to return them. I've never had this problem anywhere else, even with tags off. This customer service is really poor and I'll never buy Wrangler jeans again, online or in a store.

The tan authentic pants I ordered are made from flimsy material. They ripped right next to an inside pocket seam the first time I wore them. I spent over an hour on the phone, waited more than an hour for a callback due to high call volume, and hit a dead end with the representative. They said they'd get a supervisor, put me on hold, hit another dead end, and put me on hold again. When I asked to speak directly to a supervisor, I was told to expect a call back in three days. Just avoid these pants completely. The company claims to manufacture in America but I'm skeptical. Their product is tissue-thin and their customer service staff seems unfamiliar with basic concepts. It's disappointing.

I ordered seven pairs of shorts but only received one. The company said they shipped all seven pairs, yet the sealed package they sent was barely big enough to hold three. When I called to complain, customer service basically told me to sit tight while they investigate the carrier for a week. But that made no sense since the package arrived sealed and complete from their end. I tried messaging them through social media and learned that the other items were actually out of stock. So instead of marking things unavailable on their site, they decided to send whatever they had, claim they sent everything, and hope nobody would count.

They've been holding my refund for over two weeks. Now they're telling me they've canceled it because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. How is that even allowed? This is straight-up fraud and theft. Don't order from Wrangler.

The next morning a customer service rep told me it couldn't be done since the order was already processed. I was given two paths forward: receive the wrong size, send it back, and place a new order, or just order again right now. Both options were going to cost me roughly £400 within a few hours. I'd spent three days hunting for the perfect jeans and this is the experience I got from their team. That's it for me as a customer and I'm not recommending them to anybody.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Within a minute of placing my order for two pairs of jeans, I realized I'd selected the wrong size and right away sent in a modification request. Hours passed before someone named Anna got back to me saying they couldn't change anything because the order had already been processed. She offered two choices: wait for delivery and then send them back to reorder the correct size, or just place another order right away. Either way I'm looking at around £400 in charges just from correcting my mistake within minutes. I spent days researching which jeans to buy, and this is how Wrangler treated me. I'm done shopping with them and won't be telling anyone else to try them either.

Never seen customer service this bad. These products are basically interchangeable with what competitors offer, so my company is moving all our bulk jeans orders for our workers to literally anyone else. There are tons of other brands with equal or superior quality and way better treatment of customers. With this company, I feel completely disrespected as a buyer.
