Ordered a jacket from a collaboration they supposedly did with a popular show last December for my daughter. It's April now and the jacket never showed up. Complete waste of money.

I'm nearly sixty and Wrangler has consistently delivered solid quality throughout my life. If you're complaining about these products, you obviously haven't experienced real quality before.

I'm a Canadian customer and I'm telling you straight up: don't bother. The site advertised free shipping so I placed an order, but I got hit with a $39.68 charge with zero breakdown of what it covered. Then they sent my items in three different shipments. The first package arrived ten days later, and eighteen days in, I still haven't received anything else. The delivery company has the worst customer service, just dismissive responses to questions. I reached out to Wrangler for help but got ignored. You won't catch me ordering from them again.

For some reason, the website won't let me complete a purchase, and neither will the phone ordering system. I've been trying for five days straight. Both keep saying they can't process my order with the information I'm providing, yet I've triple-checked everything. When I use the phone line, my card gets charged but then immediately refunded for reasons they refuse to explain. They just tell me to try again in 24 hours. It shouldn't be this complicated to buy a pair of jeans. I can purchase stuff way easier on other sites.

I sent back a pair of pants and they got it last Thursday. Still haven't seen my refund. When I phoned them to ask for a manager, she was just as rude. I'm completely done with this company. There are absolutely better options out there and most places don't drag out refunds for almost a week. I still haven't received mine. I'm planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

These jeans are pretty solid. They've got that western vibe going on, but I've always thought their jeans hold up really well. Just grabbed another pair the other day because my last one lasted five years of work wear before giving out. The new pair showed up in great shape and I'm expecting another five years of service out of it. You can't beat the quality for the price.

Ordered pants online on August 14, 2025 and have been waiting seventeen days for delivery. When I finally checked tracking, I discovered the package went to Dallas instead of Florida. Neither Wrangler nor the shipping carrier can tell me when it will actually show up. Both companies have really dropped the ball on customer service.

I really dislike when companies shift manufacturing overseas after building their reputation here in America. Anyway, I needed some cargo pants for work similar to what I already owned, just without the DWR or teflon coating. The shipping was completely unacceptable. I placed my order on July 27 and got a shipping notification on July 30. According to tracking, I won't see the pants until August 20. That's nearly a month! Did they carve these out of wood and mail them via sailboat? I've ordered countless things online and nothing has ever taken this long to arrive.

I ordered one pair of men's pants online on May 29th. By the next day, they'd generated a tracking label using Fed-Ex SurePost, which is honestly the worst shipping method available. The package sat at a Fed-Ex facility from June 2nd until June 14th, so I contacted customer service. The representative basically told me to call back in a week if nothing changed, which wasn't helpful. This same person claimed they frequently lose packages when shipping to registered postal boxes rather than physical addresses, which the local postmaster told me was ridiculous. Once the package finally moved on June 16th, it went to a facility in Chino, California where it's been stuck through June 27th. A Fed-Ex rep told me on June 26th that the package was probably lost and wouldn't arrive, so I'd need to contact Wrangler for a refund claim.

I recently ordered two men's western snap shirts from Wrangler in different sizes and was really disappointed with both the quality and how they fit. I decided to return them expecting an easy process, but instead ran into frustration and confusion. First, there was no obvious return option on their website. I had to search around just to find a return email address, and when I sent my message, I didn't hear back for three business days. After reaching out through their chat feature, I learned they'd be deducting $25 from my refund as a return fee. This wasn't mentioned during checkout or in my order confirmation email. When I asked where they disclosed this policy, the rep just said it was somewhere on the site but couldn't point me to it. The whole experience was disappointing and has definitely changed how I feel about this brand. Hidden fees for returns feel like they're trying to squeeze extra money out of unhappy customers. I won't be shopping there again and I'm going to tell people about what happened.
