Shoes For Crews Reviews

I've been ordering from them for years and the shoes themselves are pretty great, but this last time something went wrong. My order didn't get delivered and then somehow it came back undelivered, not because of anything I did. My credit card was refunded for the shoes but not for the shipping I paid. I think that's completely unacceptable. This experience has made me decide I'm done ordering from them and they really need to work on their customer service practices.

Mine fell apart after just three months. Really disappointing.

I've never experienced customer service this bad from any company. They clearly don't want to actually help their customers. Whenever I need to swap out shoes for a different pair, something always goes wrong on their end. Since my job requires me to order from them regularly, I end up being the one blamed for their mistakes even though they're the ones messing up. If it were my choice, I'd never buy from them again.

They sent me the wrong size. Then they expect the customer to cover the return shipping cost. Their customer service people act like it's not their problem at all, no understanding of the situation. I've been buying from them for three years without any real issues until now, but this is the last straw for me. This is unacceptable and I won't be ordering again.

After reading a bunch of these negative reviews, I'm wondering if this is even the same company as the original Shoes for Crews that had great ratings. I ordered through their European site and had nothing but positive experiences. They make the best slip resistant shoes available in my opinion.

This is the last time I'm buying from them. It's a whole scam where they keep sending wrong sizes back and forth. When you call, they hit you with a $7 charge for every return, which is basically their entire profit margin from the sale. Their support team is outsourced and it shows. Total scam. Oh, and they scrub all the bad reviews too so nobody sees what's really going on. Keep your $7. I'm spreading the word to every server and restaurant worker I know that they need to stay away from these overpriced garbage shoes.

The 2500 plus style is basically useless. Getting a hold of customer support is impossible. You sit on hold for ages and nobody picks up the phone.

These folks are straight up scammers. Seriously, stay away. I ordered a pair back in spring and it was constantly delayed and never showed up, so I had to cancel and buy a different more pricey pair instead. The sizing was wrong so I sent it back for an exchange. Weeks and weeks went by with nothing. When I finally called to check on it, they told me they needed a tracking number from me, which they never provided in the first place. I just threw their label on and dropped it off. Later I had to convince them they actually got my return before they'd even refund me. If I hadn't pushed back, my money would've been gone. Then they charged me more for the new pair I ordered while waiting. As a manager, I used to tell all my team to buy from them. That's done now. My company won't touch this place again.

I bought a pair of these shoes for myself online because the company advertises that they specialize in work footwear. After wearing them for a couple of months, I started having regrets. The shoes are comfortable, that part is fine. But they're pretty heavy and the appearance has gotten really bad. They look beat up and worn, covered in marks and scuffs like they've been through a war. I still have another pair from them that's in good shape, though they're not quite as comfortable, which is why I felt the need to get this newer pair in the first place. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but given what I spent on these shoes, I feel people should know what to expect.

Their customer service team is absolutely terrible. They're incredibly slow at responding to any issues or problems. I only shop with them because I can't find what I need locally, but honestly if you have other options, avoid this place. The level of incompetence is honestly hard to believe. Would rate them 0 out of 5 if that were possible.
