The second pair completely fell apart after just twelve rounds. The sole split in four different spots and the cleat housing actually popped out. I tried reaching out to customer service but they were basically useless. They wouldn't replace or repair anything, just offered me twenty percent off full priced items as if that makes up for selling me defective shoes. This is unacceptable. Golf shoes should last way longer than twelve rounds. I'm done with this brand and won't purchase from them again.

Sixteen days go by and I get an email saying the order got cancelled because the shoes were out of stock. I was absolutely livid. This was completely unacceptable.
Bought two pairs of casual shoes and a premium pair of Ringer golf shoes. The casual shoes are pretty mediocre to be honest. The premium shoes aren't that comfortable for the price you pay, and the laces ripped after just one month. When I asked if they could send replacement laces, their customer service basically said no. If you want actual customer support, stick with the major brands. I'm never buying from them again.

This might be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I picked up some clothes and shoes without realizing it was a Callaway brand. Now I'm trying to return something and I've called more than twenty times just to get transferred around the system, kept on hold indefinitely, and a couple times when I actually reached someone, they hung up as soon as I explained what I needed. The stuff I bought is actually really good, especially the shoes, but I won't shop there again because getting help is impossible. Since the customer service is so bad, I'm going with a different brand for golf clubs next time.
I own about a dozen of their polo shirts because I really like the style. The problem is the material quality is terrible across the board. My car seat belt has shredded a line across every single one of them. I don't have this problem with any other brand I wear. This is really disappointing.
