After just a week they snapped on the left temple. This is frustrating because the same thing happened with my first pair from them, though that one broke at the nose piece. I get that things break sometimes, but the bigger issue is their customer service is terrible. When I emailed them, Royce said those frames were out of stock and wouldn't be available until June. He basically told me to email back in June and ask again instead of setting up a restock notification for me. So I checked online a few weeks later on April 5th and surprise, they're back in stock. If this were my business, I would've automatically notified me the second they came back. Based purely on how they handle customer problems, I can't recommend them.
Ordered a pair of XL Barton 2.0 glasses with my prescription, but during checkout they pushed the Barton Clip-ons on me for an extra eighty five bucks. The shipping took longer than expected and my tracking info never updated properly, plus support didn't help when I asked about it. When everything arrived, I discovered the clip-ons they sold me don't actually fit the frames I purchased. The website shouldn't have let them upsell me an incompatible product, and whoever packed my order should have noticed this too. When I emailed support, they told me they'd waive the return fee as a one time courtesy, even though this was clearly their mistake. But then when I tried to submit the return on their site, I got an error page. Royce, the support person who replied, could have just attached a return label to his email and fixed it right away. Instead they made me jump through hoops to fix their own error. It's frustrating because I actually like the glasses themselves and would've bought more pairs in different colors, but their service is just disappointing.
These fell apart immediately when I put them on. The material feels really rigid and stiff to the touch.
Terrible support experience. I tried to cancel my order right after placing it, before anything was even packed, but they refused. They just want to collect extra money on returns and shipping fees. Wouldn't go back to them. The bags are okay but overpriced for what you get, plus the shipping costs are ridiculous.

Just got my BARTON 2.0 sunglasses and wow, these are amazing. I've been an Oakley guy for years but these are in a different league altogether. The craftsmanship is top notch. They arrived in the UK in just three days too, plus they threw in spare nose grips and a nice handwritten thank you note. Really impressed! My only complaint would be the shipping fees are pretty steep.
I've been shopping with them for quite a while and have picked up their prescription glasses, cycling shades, swimsuits, shorts and wetsuits. The products have generally been solid for me. I'm on my third pair of prescription glasses now. The first two fit great, but this current pair slides around too much even when I swap out the nose pads. With their triathlon stuff, I've run into some issues. My V2 SIM shorts developed rips where the drawstring goes in after just one season, and I only used them once a week while being careful to rinse out the chlorine. The jammers I got fit okay around the waist but the legs were uncomfortably tight. Overall they're a decent brand and hopefully their quality improves. Note that Roka now operates as two separate things - eyewear and multisport - so this reflects my experiences when they were one company.
Absolutely terrible service. They tell you your glasses take about ten days to build, but it's way longer than that. Mine took over three weeks just to ship out, and they're happy to charge you right away. The prices are pretty steep too. Even if the glasses end up being good, I'm probably not coming back because of the wait time.
Got a couple pairs of glasses from them - one with prescription for sun protection and a regular eyeglass pair. There was an issue with one of the regular lenses being wrong on my order. Reached out to their support team and they handled it beautifully, sending me a corrected replacement lens without any hassle. Their response time was super quick too.
