The customer service here was shocking. I had to ask for the same things multiple times and kept getting copy-paste answers that didn't even address what I was asking. When I finally did get a real response from someone on the team, it was vague and unhelpful. Some of the messages weren't even written in clear English. The free shipping is nice, but the second something goes wrong you're on your own. I requested a copy of our chat history and was told I could download it after we finished, except I never got that option. Make of that what you will.
How is an e-gift card taking longer than a few minutes to show up in my email? I ordered it five hours ago and the status is still processing. How is that even possible? I even contacted customer service and they couldn't do anything except tell me to wait until later today. That's not helpful at all.
Adidas combined with Royal Mail is an absolute nightmare of incompetence, broken systems, and zero customer service. I got an email from Adidas saying my order was on the way, then another saying it would arrive that day. Royal Mail sent the same message, and their tracker even showed the package out for delivery. Then nothing. I waited around all day and night, no delivery attempt, no explanation. Still nothing today, no email, text, nothing about what happened. I tried calling Royal Mail and waited over an hour on hold. Checked the Adidas website and it now says delayed, but they never notified me, no new date, no reason. Royal Mail's tracker still says it was delivered yesterday. Adidas deals are great and the products are solid usually. But I honestly can't recommend ordering because you might actually get your stuff or you might not.
Stay away from this company. Adidas gave me a gift card refund for about 33 pounds in early 2026. When I tried to use it, first I was told the card was frozen, then it said zero balance. I asked what was going on and Adidas claimed I'd already used it on two orders from late 2025. Wait, 2025? So they're telling me I used a gift card from 2026 on orders from 2025? That makes zero sense. I sent them proof via email showing the timeline didn't add up. Despite how obvious this was, Adidas just kept repeating the same robotic responses and refused to actually answer my question. I'm doing a chargeback with my bank and I'm never using Adidas again. They clearly don't care about their reputation, just taking as much money from customers as they can.
