Returning anything through this company is incredibly frustrating. The closest return spot was 10 miles away at Staples, and then they tack on a restocking fee. I'd rather stick with retailers like Amazon and Zappos that make returns painless. Done with Betsey Johnson.

I placed my order December 3rd, 2023 for boots at 99 dollars plus 44.95 in shipping and taxes. Seemed like a normal transaction at the time. Then in late January I got a FedEx notice saying I owe an additional 56.60 dollars. That means I paid over a hundred dollars just for shipping alone. This is both unfair and unprofessional. When I checked out I assumed I was paying the complete total. Getting hit with another charge after two months is unacceptable. The website promised one week delivery but it took a month. I'm never shopping with them again. Everything about their service, support, and shipping is subpar.

The customer support here is seriously lacking. I was supposed to get some extra gems with my 150 dollar purchase, but they were missing from the box. When I contacted them for help, they demanded proof of purchase and my order number. After I went through all that trouble gathering everything, they just said they don't stock replacement parts. I asked why they even wasted my time asking for all that info if they couldn't help. They basically ignored me.
