What Shoppers Say About Cariloha
Cariloha receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting significant quality concerns and durability issues. The most common complaints involve premature wear and tear, including pilling, shredding, and deterioration of sheets within 12 to 18 months of use. Customers express frustration with the one-year warranty coverage, particularly when sheets fail shortly after the warranty expires. Several reviewers note a perceived decline in product quality over time, with older purchases performing better than recent ones. Additional complaints focus on difficulty reaching customer service, especially for international purchases and return issues.
A small number of shoppers praise Cariloha's customer service responsiveness when complaints are successfully reported, with one reviewer highlighting efficient handling of a sizing error and prompt replacement processing. However, these positive experiences appear to be isolated cases that do not offset the pervasive concerns about product quality and durability that dominate the feedback.

Sorted by: Most recentHad a great experience with their customer service team. I received the wrong size sheets so I called them up, and they sent me a prepaid label to return the incorrect order right away. My correct size is already on the way to me. Really impressed with how they handled it.
I bought my first set of these sheets back in 2015 and they were fantastic. Over the years I purchased several more sets. Then in 2019 I ordered another pair and they were awful. The wrinkles were so bad they needed ironing every time. The color looked faded and they seemed smaller than before. When I complained about the wrinkling, they told me that kind of wrinkling isn't something they cover under warranty and suggested I just iron them instead. That's insulting. I still feel cheated by this purchase. These days I get my sheets from Costco and they're wonderful quality for half the price.
My bottom sheet literally fell apart after about 18 months of use. The warranty only covers one year, which is crazy when I've owned much cheaper sheets that lasted way longer.
Honestly, I'd rather sleep on anything else than ever deal with this company again. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
I bought a mattress at their location overseas and it was a huge mistake. No one at this company can be reached. I was told verbally that returns were available within 100 to 300 days and that they would pick up the mattress if it wasn't working out. Well it's not suitable but there's no way to get in touch with anybody. They keep directing you to some gift site instead of helping. Complete waste of money on my part.
I purchased a 400-thread count viscose bamboo Queen sheet set from a department store and followed all the care instructions. After a few washes they started pilling and before the year was up the bottom sheet began shredding in two spots. By about thirteen months, there was a major area of shredding covering about 4 by 6 inches plus another smaller spot. I contacted them for help but they refused because I didn't reach out before the one-year mark. I wasn't even aware there was a one-year limit. They also wanted the receipt which I don't have. I even offered to buy just a bottom sheet to try again but they only sell complete sets. This was so disappointing and a waste of money on expensive sheets that should have lasted years. They offered zero assistance which is unacceptable. I can't recommend buying their sheets to anyone based on this experience.
Don't buy their stuff online. I purchased a low loft bamboo duvet that was supposed to regulate temperature. It turned out to be heavy and way too warm. I could only handle it for thirty minutes. If I had known I couldn't return it to a store and would have to pay $53 to ship it back, I never would have ordered it online. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me a full refund. Their business practices are terrible and I won't buy from them again, even though their clothing line is nice. I'm looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Their customer service is the worst. I ordered their bed and bedding package because I'd loved their sheets before, and they promised White Glove delivery service according to the website. Instead, FedEx just threw the mattress on the street and I had to hire movers, spending over $100 to get it inside. The box came ripped and there was no manual, so I had no clue how to put it together or what pieces were missing. After spending over $4300, this was completely unacceptable. I spent a month trying to get help and finally got my points back, but they never actually fixed the problem or even apologized properly. I asked to speak with a manager for feedback but they dismissed me saying I should have known FedEx would deliver it that way. I cried after hanging up. I used to love this brand but now I hate them because of how little they value their customers. Their marketing about White Glove Service is deceptive and they simply don't care.
This company makes promises they don't keep and their customer service is awful. I made an online purchase and it was a nightmare. Ordered a baby item that I never received and spent 6 weeks waiting around. I've called multiple times hoping a manager would reach out about making things right, but haven't heard back in 2 weeks. A simple phone call to fix this situation could have prevented me from writing this review. Don't order online from them.
They're not standing behind their warranty promise for the sheets we bought. That really bothers me. The product didn't hold up the way they said it would. I feel completely deceived and ripped off. The prices are too high and the warranty doesn't actually mean anything. It feels like a scam.
