Cariloha is fantastic when they get it right. The store manager was super helpful and really knew the products inside and out. We talked through some issues with underwear I'd purchased before, and he was genuinely interested in helping. His coworker was friendly and helpful too. I've been buying from them for years and I really value both their quality merchandise and excellent service when you find the right people.

These used to be an excellent product. Now they've cheapened everything. My recent order of towels arrived and the quality is just like what you'd find at Walmart, nothing like what they used to make.

This company has really figured out how to rip off their customers. You buy something, it doesn't work out, then you find out you can only get an exchange or store credit. Oh, and you pay to ship it back yourself. What kind of online business does that? It's a terrible policy that wasn't clear when I was buying. I'm done with this company for good.

I was satisfied with the duvet comforter I got until I tried to find a matching duvet cover for it. The size is 110x96 and I can't find that dimension anywhere online, not at any store. I've been searching everywhere with no luck. Does anyone have suggestions because I'm completely frustrated at this point.

I spent $250 on their weighted bamboo blanket expecting great quality but when it arrived it wasn't close to Queen size, falling short by a foot on each side. Customer service told me that's their only Queen and it's meant to be more of a throw. They never explain this on the website. Trying to return it, I got a $75 shipping quote from UPS since it's heavy, and Cariloha won't pay for returns. Totally misleading marketing. I'm letting people know before they make the same expensive mistake.

I'm warning you before you waste your money on this.

The products themselves are decent quality but their customer service is seriously lacking. Shop for bamboo items elsewhere because you'll find better prices and much better support when problems come up. They refused to refund my husband for a shirt that was too small when they don't even make larger sizes. When our pillows didn't arrive, they said they'd ship new ones but never gave us tracking info. A week later when I followed up, they told me to just wait. I had to start over and then got told the package was dropped off on one date when it actually came the next day. Their customer service is awful and you can get quality merchandise with way better service and lower prices from other places.

I bought sheets and after using them for just one month, they started falling apart and tearing. When I reached out about the lifetime warranty we were promised at purchase, they refused to replace them. We've spent a lot of money here including a $3000 mattress plus pillows, towels, and clothing items. Regular sheets from other brands hold up much longer than these bamboo ones for way less money. I paid $150 for sheets that gave out faster than $50 options from elsewhere. That's our last purchase here, and I won't be stepping foot in their store again.
