The design is perfect and the durability is seriously impressive. Back when I got it I didn't have much money and wasn't sure I should make the purchase, but I'm so glad I did.
This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered items and paid for them but never got an order confirmation or tracking number. I tried reaching out so many different ways: phone, email, and social media. About a month went by before someone finally responded saying their EU operations were having issues. It's been over 40 days now since I placed that order and I've had to dispute the charge. Checking social media shows they've been giving people that same excuse since November. Despite this, they keep accepting orders and taking money while they're clearly not able to ship anything or help customers. They've been doing this for months and I've seen tons of people online saying they've basically gotten ripped off. Their products are actually really great though. I had a backpack from them years ago that traveled everywhere with me and I still use it. The stuff is amazing. Just buy it in person from a store. Never order online from them.
